Manager, Member and Stakeholder Relations

Seranna joined the Calgary Hotel Association in October 2024 as the Manager, Member and Stakeholder Relations. She works primarily to oversee the management of the CHA’s key relationships across membership, partners, vendors, and government. With a management background primarily in the non-profit sector, Seranna brings a variety of experience in public speaking, event planning and a passion for connecting and building relationships in her professional network.

Born and raised in Jasper, Alberta, Seranna was immersed in the Tourism and Hospitality industry from a young age, with a deep admiration of her mom who worked a 35-year career as a General Manger in Jasper. Seranna loves to ski, travel, and spend time going for walks with her husband and trying new restaurants in Inglewood where they live. Calgary has been her home for the last seven years and it continues to be a city that brings her an excitement to try new things, meet new people and to introduce visitors and friends to all her favourite local spots.
